Samsung i897 Captivate Cell Phone Review

Samsung announces a new gadget Samsung i897 Captivate that comes with a lot of new features such as Multi-touch input method, accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, touch-sensitive controls, proximity sensor for auto turn-off, TouchWiz 3.0 UI and swype text input .It has 4.0 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that is demonstrating 16M bright colors while the resolution is around 480 x 800 pixels. This new Samsung phone is going to launch very soon.

The memory capacity of Samsung i897 Captivate is about 16GB and 512 MB RAM. For high speed connectivity Samsung i897 Captivate mobile phone has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, v2.0 microUSB , Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP and 3G HSDPA. It integrates Android OS, v2.1 (Eclair) HTML Browser and ARM Cortex A8 1GHz processor.

Samsung i897 Captivate has both primary and secondary cameras thereby user can enjoy a lot with it. It combines with 5 MP Primary Camera with auto focus Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection facilities. It also features with VGA secondary camera while primary camera has 720p@30fps video recording. Some other features of Samsung i897 Captivate are social networking integration,  digital compass,  Image/video editor, document editor (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF), Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Calendar, Google Talk, Picasa integration and Flash Lite v3.1.
