The last year models of BlackBerry Curve had amazing features of video and voice recording. It was an ideal phone for all those who love to tweet and use Facebook more than they use email. But when the new models of BlackBerry Curve Series came out there were a lot of expectations but sadly it did not live up to them.

The BlackBerry Curve 8300 and 8900 series was criticized for its poor voice noting, video recording services, slow processor and lack of 3G.

The BlackBerry Curve 9350 Series have BlackBerry 7 Operating System.  The hardware of the phone is upgraded and is very efficient. The phone is slimmer than ever and the price is also very affordable, only mere $80!

The screen of this phone is 2.44 inches and it is not a touch screen. So the dimensions are very fine as one does not need place to type up and email through touch.

Talking about the features, the Smartphone has a good camera of 5MP aided with a LED flash light. It has 512MB of RAM. The phone has better connectivity services and even better and user friendly applications. The fast browser and processor allow the user to remain connected through Facebook and Twitter.

BlackBerry Curve 9350 Series is a good choice for teens and people who don’t want to be bogged into the complex technology. This time Blackberry keeps it simple yet efficient!

It is not certain whether this device will be integrated with Near Field Communication technology or not just like BlackBerry Montana and Monaco. The fresh pictures of this Curve Touch device not brings any new information as yet but according to January’s CDMA roadmap leak, this device will be packed with a 5MP snapper that usually found in other leaked and upcoming devices such as BlackBerry Dakota etc. the user of this device will get a facility of 720p video recording in this new device.

At this time, I haven’t any information about its exact launch date and details specs and similar no idea about the carrier of this device. You need to wait for sometime until RIM come and launch this device officially.

BlackBerry Bold Touch 9900 is a stylish handset that is running on BlackBerry 7 operating system platform and BlackBerry Montana also provides supports to same OS. BlackBerry Curve Apollo 9370 Smartphone has not officially announced by RIM as yet however today we watched this gadget in a lengthy hands-on video. The first thing which grabs our attention toward this smartphone is its thinness due to which it resembles with BlackBerry Bold 9900. Furthermore, it is not very different from its predecessors such as Curve 8520 and Curve 3G 9300.

BlackBerry Curve Apollo 9370 Smartphone is designed with a landscape display that boots up the resolution of 480 x 360 pixels. Just likeBlackBerry Sedona, this latest handset is a CDMA version that will first arrive at Verizon in the US. There is no news when RIM will make an official announcement about this handset nevertheless it is expected that Torch 2 will also announce along with this new handset of RIM.

Research In Motion has a plan to launch two touch-screen handsets; one is Touch 9680- a high end device- and second is Curve touch – a low end gadget.  The second device is smaller than that of first one .It is also reported that Curve touch will come with some more hardware button, means great functionality will be available via it.

Internal hardware specs of Curve Touch and Touch 9680 Smartphones are exactly same. Both devices will bring a 5MP snapper with 720p video recording for its users so that he can capture attractive images via it and then to save it in the memory of handsets. Another feature which amplifies the value of two BlackBerry handsets is the integration with Wi-Fi b/g/n with mobile hotspot.  These are featured with a 1.2 GHz processor, a magnetic compass for augmented reality apps and NFC capabilities (same feature is on hand with BlackBerry Dakota.

It seems the RIM will soon launch the device in the market though exact release date is still a mystery. We heard that BlackBerry Monaco will hit the market sometime later this summer.

This is not the only thing about the Torch that is a departure from Research in Motion’s standpoint on mobile devices as this phone is supposed to be, according to a spokesperson from the company, “the most fun Blackberry ever”. RIM have gone about this change by asking what people use mobile phones for other than the messaging and e mail services for which they already have attracted much praise. They came up with several answers including photography, social networking and applications amongst others and have worked their hardest to improve these areas on the Torch.

The camera on the Torch has 5 megapixels, a count which is as good as most other high end smartphones and still, at this point better than many other cheaper phones and it is clear that RIM have taken the camera seriously on this device. There is a good LCD flash and plenty of pre set modes for you to play around with. The picture quality itself is great and better than many of its rivals, especially when taking photos from close up, something that many cheap cameras struggle with, so well done on the camera guys!

The Torch runs on the latest version of the Blackberry operating system, Blackberry 6. This new OS is more evolution than revolution for Blackberry but it still has made marked improvements in certain areas and has plenty for those of you who have never used a Blackberry before also. The old web browser is gone, with a new Webkit browser taking its place on this OS and this change is welcome, as is the removal of the complex menus system and the inclusion of a new social network feed that allows you to check all of the latest news on sites like Facebook and Twitter at once through a handy application.
