Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet is a blessing for businessmen as it can carry and manage heavy business data easily. Lenovo ThinkPad runs on Android 3.1 Honeycomb.

It has a vivid, bright and clear display. It is quite thin and weighs about 1.6lb which may sound a little heavier but it also has a wider range of ports. It has four buttons towards the bottom but they are kind of tricky to deal with as they need the right angle to recognize the input. It supports 3.5mm headphone jack, micro- USB, a 30 pin dock connector and also 3G connectivity. Power button and volume controls are on the top and right side respectively. The top also has a neat cutout where the stylus fits away perfectly.

Now let us talk about its software. The user interface performs just the way an Android 3.1 Honeycomb tablet should perform. Facilitating its users the tablet is filled with all the applications that most users would want to download or install at some point.

The ThinkPad pen can perform some really interesting tasks. The tablet has an application installed in it namely “Notes Mobile” which provides amazing features for business professionals and even students! Using the stylus you can scribble away as much as you like and this can be as much sloppy as you want but ultimately your ThinkPad can not only convert it into a nice and readable font but it can also convert it into digital format that can be saved and even emailed to others. Font size, color and size…everything is adjustable.

As specially designed for businessmen, both Absolute Software recovery and McAfee Mobile security have been installed on the tablet. They provide data backup as well as complete deletion of data that can be sometimes required for important office documents. Absolute software can also trace down the tablet using the GPS. McAfee also provides the user with safe browsing.

ThinkPad has a 5MP camera on the backside and a 2MP camera on the front, essential for video conferences.

Its battery life is not very outstanding. It can provide 7-8 straight working hours which is ….one can say average.

To wrap up we can say that it is a highly recommended for business fellows and also for students looking for a tablet that can provide large number of pre-installed applications. It is surely going to provide a great user experience!
