Palm Pre 2 Availability and Price:

Though we do not see a landing page for Palm Pre 2 at Verizon site but it will be happened soon.  It is also reported that Palm Pre 2 smartphone will be start shipping on 17th February. No word about the pricing detail of Palm Pre 2 at this moment but soon we will soon inform you about it.

Now we are expecting that webOS based device will son become a member of Verizon 4G LTE devices. You already know about some official devices that is supprting the same network like Samsung 4G LTE Phone , Motorola Droid Bionic 4G, HTC Thunderbolt etc.

It is possible that we came to know more about Verizon Plam Pre 2 at the WebOS event that will be held on February.It is also confirmed that Verizon and Sprint Windows Phone 7 devices are coming soon.

According to pre-central.com the new devices names that will be emerged in the videos of ads areHP/Palm Broadway, Topaz and Manta.

Though the company not unveiled the names of its upcoming mobile devices yet it posted two ads on 23th December; one ad is for young fun people while other is meant for stylish ones.

Broadway is a mobile phone that will somewhat resemble with Palm Pixi 2 while Manta will be another handset that already hit the web with the codename Mantaray in November.As far as Topaz is concerned, it seems to be a Tablet PC possibly PalmPad.

We also heard that the PalmPad will be available from Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011. We don’t know anything about the availability,price and Specs of Manta and Broadway but very soon we will update you.

Availability of Palm Peak

It will be available   in the stores of  Verizon Wireless and  Sprint from 12^th November. Now remember that, it is only a concept phone as like Blackberry Empathy not a real handset like Palm Pre.

Price of Palm Peak

The price of Palm Peak 16GB model and 32GB model will be $179 and $229 respectively in  stores of the Verizon wireless. While in the stores of Sprint 16 GB model and 32GB model of Palm Peak will be priced at $199 and $249 respectively.

The good thing of Palm C40 smartphone is that it  equipped  with new features not the older boring ones. The latest version of Bluetooth a.k.a 3.0 make it possible for  the user to enjoy fast speed data sharing between devices. Mansion will be the first smartphone from Palm ad its parent HP that features with touch screen keyboard.  The best feature of Palm Mansion is its OS that is actually company’s new WebOS 2.0 platform which is the first smartphone operating system to be based on Linux,. According to some reports, this smartphone will be launched along with PalmPad that is a tablet which is designed to compete withApple’s iPad.

Some words about the availability of Palm Mansion; according to rumormill  Mansion will be launched in February 2011.Palm Pre 2 didn’t gather that name and fame which was expected by Palm  and HP. Now we expect that this latest smartphone will come with improved features and the predecessor’s undesirable features i.e.  tiny screen and cramped keyboard will not be  in Mansion.

Additionally, this smart phone is endowed with accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, Multi-touch input method and  Proximity sensor for auto turn-off; you may noticed the same features in WP7 gadget i.e. HTC HD7.  What enhances the outlook of this phone is the QWERTY keyboard.  Its storage memory comprises of 16 GB storage and 512 MB RAM. The facets of Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, 3G HSDPA and Bluetooth v2.1 and all these make it a perfect handset for the people who love to enjoy full-time connectivity.

Palm Pre 2 comes with 5MP camera that combines with the features of LED flash, video recording, 2592х1944 pixels resolution etc; you may notice the same snapper with latest WP7 handset, HTC 7 Trophy.

It is running on HP webOS 2.0 while loaded with 1 GHz processor. For the users communication assistance, it has SMS (threaded view), MMS, Email, Push Email etc.Some other exciting features include MP3/WAV/eAAC+ player, MP4/H.264/H.263 player, organizer, document viewer, Adobe Flash 10.1, voice memo/dial and Predictive text input.

When you look at this photo you think that the design of this photo is somewhat same with the original Palm pre. However, when you look more deeply you come to know the difference between both gadgets. Palm Pre 2 handset comes with the with larger and less rounded screen than that of its predecessor. It will be running on Web OS version 2.0 while will load with 1 GHz processor.

There made some changes in the keyboard of this Palm model, an improved ridged keyboard will be available for the Palm Pre game users. It will provide support to Bluetooth.

It will hit the market in early November this year and will be headed to French Carrier SRF.  There is no word about its cost but we will update you soon. We don’t know exactly whether this phone will come with Palm branding or with HP tag.Right now enjoy the stylish photo of Palm Pre 2.

The Palm Pixi Plus cellphone is essentially the Palm Pixi mobile phone plus Wi-Fi and is available for Verizon and soon for AT&T. The carriers do not really count as an advantage or disadvantage but Wi-Fi is clearly an advantage as not only does the Palm Pixi Plus smart phone connect via Wi-Fi but is also capable of acting as a Wi-Fi router to connect to up to 5 separate devices.

That combined with the benefits of a regular Palm Pixi cellphone make for an impressive list of technical specifications including a 2.63″ TFT capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 320 x 400 pixels, accelerometer sensor, proximity sensor, 3.5mm audio jack, 8 GB internal storage, 3G, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g), microUSB, 2 MP camera with a 1600 x 1200 pixels resolution as well as LED flash, Bluetooth, GPS and quad band GSM.

The only feature that could have been better for the Palm Pixi Plus mobile phone is the touchscreen display which is a tad small at 2.63″. The QWERTY keyboard on the Palm Pixi Plus smart phone does its job well enough and combined with the extremely intuitive and user friendly webOS UI, the Palm Pixi Plus makes a device that is easy to use and also provides many great features.
