Samsung finally named its Windows 7 phone i.e. Samsung i917 Cetus that is expected to release in the third quarter of this year.  The name is disclosed by Bluetooth Special Interest Group, or Bluetooth SIG  in the documents. The best thing of Cetus handset is  the Microsoft Windows Phone 7 OS that really  intensifies the demand of users who long for a phone that offers the fabulous Microsoft platform. This Samsung phone is not officially announced by Samsung however we get its preliminary unofficial specification from some sources.
