LG Optimus M, First Android Handset of MetroPCS

LG Optimus M is the first Android handset that has been announced today by MetroPCS Communications Inc. and LG Mobile Phones. Now this mobile phone is added to MetroPCS lineup and we know thatSamsung Craft  is also available in MetroPCS stores.  This LG phone is designed with 3.2-inch HVGA Touchscreen that makes it possible for the users to enjoy the multiple applications on it.

Before Optimus M’s addition, four mobile phone are already added in the MetroPCS lineup and these are LG Optimus T, LG Vortex, Optimus U, Optimus S ;the features of LG optimus M are matched up with its siblings .

  • Processor: 600MHz
  • OS: Android 2.2 operating system (Froyo)
  • Messaging: SMS, Email, MMS
  • Virtual QWERTY keyboard
  • Multi-app screens
  • Easy Wi-Fi connectivity

Availability of LG Optimus M:

This LG mobile phone will be available from Wednesday November 24 , 2010   and US resident will be able to buy it from MetroPCS stores.

Price of LG Optimus M:

The price of Optimus M handset is $229 with $50/month service plan. You know that MetroPCS isn’t offering annual contracts so no hardware subsidies are available.
