LG P999DW Passes FFC, Is It T-Mobile G2x?

LG P999DW just passes through FCC and according to Pocketnow; it seems to be the T-Mobile G2x that has recently unveiled by LG at CTIA, 2011. From the certification detail, we get the information that LG P999 will support 850/1900/AWS and such frequency is matched exactly with T-Mobile USA’s frequency bands and also with AT&T.

There is also a possibility that it will be another device not the T-Mobile G2x Smartphone. If you check the model number of other LG Devices such as Optimus 3D with model number P920, Optimus Black with P970 and Optimus 2X with P990.So it is possible that P999 will be another Optimus handset, the exact name of which will be revealed at its launch.

If it is the T-Mobile G2x then it will be featured with a 4 inch WVGA screen, a dual-core 1GHz Tegra2 CPU, 8 MP snapper, 8GB of internal storage and 1.3 MP front facing camera. It is running on Froyo platform as also used by LG Wink Style handset. There is no information regarding the price of G2x but we have heard a rumor of its official launch on 20th April.
