Philips V816 has just made its first appearance on the web and the most interesting thing is its attractive design and facets. It is still running on Windows Phone 6.5 OS while  the handset with the next version of operating system i.e. Windows Phone 7 are available in the market such as HTC 7 Pro, Samsung Focus, LG E900 etc.
