Samsung i5510 Galaxy 551 , a Froyo-driven smartphone

Samsung i5510 Galaxy 551 finally arrives with its detail specifications. This phone has been officially announced by the Samsung. It seems that it is a QWERTY-fied version of the Galaxy i5800 Galaxy 3 and its twin, the i5801 Galaxy Apollo.

We first informed you about Samsung  i5510 when it’s showed up first time at the Vodafone booth during the IFA 2010. Now we have complete data and detail of this smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy 551 is designed with a side-slide hardware QWERTY keyboard that enhances the grace and outlook of this gadget to a great extent. A3.2″ capacitive touchscreen of WQVGA display comes with 240 x 400 pixels resolution.

This Samsung phone is running on the Froyo, Android 2.2 with the Touch Wiz 3.0 on top of it. It packs with wonderful connectivity package that includes HSPA, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, microSD card slot. This device will support to DivX video files that’s mean you will be able to enjoy your favorite movies and videos on it any time.

It has the built-in 3MP autofocus sharpshooter that lets you to record video and captures the images as and when you desire. One thing that looks uninteresting in this mobile phone is the save for the low screen resolution.

The cost of Samsung Galaxy i5510 is 389 euro. It is said that this device will come into the European market in this November and we are also expecting the launch of Motorola FLIPSIDE in this month.
