According to information from some un-official sources the mobile device of Samsung may runs on Android 2.3 and it is quite possible  as we already know about one Gingerbread running device of Samsung e.g.Google Nexus S. The new device will also follow the Nexus S in terms of its features and some improvements are also possible. We can say that the new Samsung mobile Phone will come with NFC (Near Field Communication) capabilities and a gyroscope.

It is rumored that the successor ofSamsung Galaxy S will be packed with a dual-core processor inside, possibly Nvidia’s Tegra 2 chip. This dual core handset directed our attention toward model number GT-i9100 that hit the web some time ago.

When we checked some previous rumors about this device of Samsung  then we came to know that  it will come with Cortex-A9-based Orion CPU on board, which packs a dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 CPU, along with a quad-core Mali 400 GPU.

The Next Galaxy S device or Galaxy 2 will be combined with some better features and facets as compared to original Galaxy S. Now we have to wait till Feb.2011 when the successor of Galaxy S will unveil.
