Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray

Sony Ericsson has made a huge array of Android devices, but it does not like a lot of limelime. The company has kept it hype-free.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray is a 2.3 Android phone. The gadget is very thin and probably one of the thinnest Android Smartphones in the market. Its dimensions are 111.0×53.0x9.4mm. The phone is as light as a feather, metaphorically.

The front of almost the whole of the phone is taken up by its clear, bright and responsive screen. The screen is exactly 3.3 inches and the display uses Sony’s Bravia technology. At the end of the screen are seen two touch sensitive buttons. One is for the menu and the other is the conventional back button. Between the two buttons is the main key, which somehow adorns the phone.

The phone has a lavish 8.1 megapixel camera which promises very good quality images. The video can be shot in HD quality. A little something which I don’t like about the phone is that the camera can only be accessed from the menu and nowhere else. Of course we all want to capture that best moment without the delay of a second, but Xperia Ray does not offer the facility.

It has a 1000MHz processor which is fine to run most of the applications. It has 1 GB memory but 300 MB available for the user, but the user can always install a memory card upto 32 GB.

The phone is available in Black, Gold, White and Pink colors; hence it offers a color for all types of people. The phone has been a  good experience for most of the users.
